At the first of May, I had the opportunity to go to Alaska as part of a group of photographers aboard the National Geographic Seabird.
Since it is so hot in Texas, I am taking the time to begin the process of going through my many images of Alaska.
Being from Texas, I had never taken pictures from the bow of a ship. It was a learning experience for me! So many of my pictures are blurred from the movement of the ship not being in sync with the movement of my camera!
One of the most extraordinary experiences I had was taking a sea plane over the Le Conte Glacier. Wow. It was an amazing experience.
Ginger,
ReplyDeleteI particularly like the vertical below the iceberg face, and the log truck near the bottom.
And I'm always a sucker for airplane wing shots. :)
