My proposed semester project is to explore some of the top portrait photographers and create unique images in terms of style and lighting using the research as an inspiration for the final matted portraits.
Artists and portrait photographers such as Edward Hopper, Louise Brooks, Greg Gorman, Rankin, Yousuf Karsh and others as outlined in a separate spreadsheet will be referenced.
What a great cast of photographers, I have meet and taken a class from Greg Gorman tuff act to follow, I hope you can chew all of what you have bitten off. You so, have my respect, you continue to push yourself. You all ready know I think you have become a fine photographer, but I don't think you will be satisfied until you are a great photographer!
